Red Animal War and Slowride (current members of True Widow and The Riverboat Gamblers) are both playing their first show in a year at The Doublewide in Dallas, Texas on December 27, 2008.  October 2008 also marked the ten (10) year anniversary of Slowride.

The Escape Frame are playing their first ever acoustic show at Hot Topic in the Eastdale Mall in Montgomery, Alabama at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2008.  It's a costume affair so dress up.

She wears a T-shirt from the band Death in the Park with slim, straight jeans, which continue to be a trend. “I have a ‘do-it-yourself’ style.” While taking inspiration from music, magazines and the everyday world, April believes in making her own style. “I once bought a $150 Betsey Johnson belt, but then somehow lost it.” she says sadly. After a tragedy like that, her DIY philosophy proves to be practical as well as fashion-forward.
